I heard recently from the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong, Dr. Lindsay Ride, that he will be visiting this country from June 14th for about 2 or 3 weeks. I thought you might wish to know this in case there are negotiations with Treasury in the course of which you will need to have further information from Dr. Ride and could take advantage of his presence in this country.
